• Ten chimneys built off site and installed.
• Replaced broken and damaged window sills and watermark trim
• Repaired the stone foundation skirting above grade
• New masonry arched window opening at roofline on the front façade
• Re-pointed the entire stone work around the base of the building above grade
• Re- pointed up to 20% of the brick masonry
• Repaired and replaced damage brick
• Chemical cleaning of all masonry surfaces
• Installed all of the stone stair treads in new front entrance and
• Installed the face stone in the new entrance
• Installed new stone stair treads and
• Installed face stone for entrance to receive wood columns from Stewart Construction
