The City of Burlington qualified contractors for a forensic, design, and restoration plan for Memorial Auditorium, located in Burlington, VT.

Based on our range of experience, Liszt Restoration was hired to analize the current state of the building, devise a plan for emergency repairs, and then
develop a long-term plan/budget for the restoration
of Memorial Auditorium.

Burlington Public Works took the approach that would save both money and time. They did the unusual; they diligently checked references and qualifications to
find the right company to protect the city’s financial interests. Liszt Restoration is working with City engineers, Carol Duncan and Erin Demers at Public Works to develop the long term plan to obtain the highest quality restoration over the next few years.
